After the tedious process of recruiting the potential employees, selecting the right employee from all the applications and hiring the employee, it’s only right that they should be given the right kind of job training so that they understand best what they would be going into and understand the ABCs of the job that they are going to do.

Job training is defined as an organized process for increasing the knowledge and the skill of the new employee for performing a specific job. Employees can acquire knowledge, skills and aptitudes required for doing a particular job with the help of proper job training. Job recruitment is not an easy process and one has to make sure that one stands out from the crowd, instead of blending into it, if one wants to be recruited. The hiring process can be monotonous for the employers because they interview hundreds of people day in and day out and you need to have a distinctive profile or a resume in order to attract the attention of your potential employer.

In this article, you are going to learn how to write an attractive resume that is different from the lot. In order words, the human resources departments or the recruiters are looking for the personality of the candidate to come across in their resume, and it’s your job to make sure that they get what they are looking for, if you want to be hired.

Every organization or business enterprise requires adequate number of competent employees for the purpose of performing different activities. Job recruitment refers to the process of searching for and identifying prospective employees and motivating them to apply for the vacant jobs lying in the enterprise. In other words, job recruitment means to create a pool of qualified and most suitable person for a particular job or post.

Job recruitment consists of the following steps:

  1. To identify different sources of labour supply.
  2. To assess the suitability of these sources of labour or manpower.
  3. To select the most appropriate source.
  4. To encourage the candidates or potential employees to apply for the job in the organization.

Nowadays, the employment agencies or the employers use different types of techniques for job recruitment. These techniques can be classified under two major heads – direct methods and indirect methods.

Direct methods consist of field recruitment, which means the spot interview and recruitment in the work place itself; walk-in interviews- this method is commonly used by call centers to recruit employees; tele-recruitment, which, as the name suggests, is recruitment over the phone.
